I don't believe anyone is selling them, but they are very cheap and simple to build. That exact image, from Wiki, is what I used to build mine.
Though I flubbed my attempts with an exit bag (and nitrogen), yes, at least so far as I got (vision grey around the edges) it's completely painless. Only survival instinct foiled me.
