I like sleeping but the best part for me is dreaming, i could do it forever.
It's kind of sad that i don't remember most of my dreams though.
sometimes i wish that instead of nothing, the afterlife was endless sleep.

yeah I get that, waking up feels so miserable sometimes. I hope when we die, we just sleep forever as well

My dreams suck. They are so vivid and disturbing. I miss when I didn't dream.

I kind off miss having dreams and having a good sleep in general.

Most of all, I am daydreaming. Sometimes very much. I feel like it's prevents me from achieving something.

I love dreaming too. When i was younger, I was super into lucid dreaming, which os where you become aware that you are in a dream while dreaming and are then able to control them and do whatever you want.

i practiced a bunch but i was never able to do it consistently. If you wanna be able to remember your dreams more, one thing that would help you a lot if keeping a dream journal. Every morning when you wake up, try writing down everything you remember about your dream while its still fresh in your mind. if you dont remember anything then you can write that.

and every night before you fall asleep, repeating a mantra to yourself like "i will remember more about my dreams" can help you start to remember them better and have more vivid dreams.

Yes, I find dreams fantastic! Especially prophetic ones... Perhaps I am simply not educated enough, because I am sure that neuroscience has already shed a lot of light on this, but I know nothing about it (and I don't want to know, just leave me with this feeling of fantasy). Someone once told me that the brain may perceive time in a way that science has not yet explained, and I love that idea.
In the most beautiful dream of my life, I found myself in the 19th century, walking through an emerald palace.
But dreams can be painful when they predict your future suffering.
And I have never managed to enter a lucid dream, although they say it is possible.

It will be like before we were born, we will lose consciousness with death which means no dreaming.

Dreaming is great. It is one of the very few ways that I have for me to express myself without being limited by technical skill or resources. I also think a lot about metaphysics and cosmic questions, so dreams are one method for me to directly engage with that.

I like dreams enough that I usually write them down when I get them, and I'm also a huge fan of liminal spaces and weirdcore communities online.
That mysterious, peaceful nostalgia with a dose of surrealism and just a hint of uneasiness... The feeling of time standing still and being far from home, yet feeling known and encompassed by the environment. I wish I could live in a place like that.

On certain nights I have wonderful dreams. I get up wishing that I had slept longer and continued to dream.Sometimes, though, they are so incredibly disturbing.

Sleeping, though, is just a great way to Fast forward the day. I wish I could just sleep away to old age and then pass on 😆

I love sleeping so much, I could genuinely do it for the rest of my life, but I'm also someone who suffers from sleep paralysis quite often, so part of me is terrified it would be more like the latter. I don't wanna think about laying frozen solid, unable to open my eyes or move, but hearing everything around me.

a real life experience will literally never feel as good as its dream counterpart.

it feels kinda like how memories take on a cozier, nostalgic tone over a very long time, even explicitly negative ones.

the detachment makes it inherently easier to 're-live' but at the same time i could also describe it as more intense.

i love sleeping so much, but i honestly prefer it without dreaming. actually the more i think about it, the less sure i am of how i feel about dreams

I used to look up the meanings of my dreams and they were quite accurate in how I was feeling.

I rarely dream or rarely remember them.
I dont have a lot going on in my life so maybe that has something to do not having them.

I get weird storylines in my head that are usually unexplainable. I become situation machine with many differenty outcomes that lead into those storylines on quite a bit of my sleeps.

Nope. I have the weirdest dreams. I've literally had female figure at the side of my bed touching me to wake me while saying my name. I have nightmares all the time. Ever since I started sertaline they've been even worse. I stopped taking it but the dreams never went away. I'd love to go a night without dreaming.
