I just got my sn and primperan, on 1 side of the box of primperan is English and on the other side it appears to be arabic is this normal

I actually ordered from this exact seller on Feb, 14th, it's expected to be here March 8th. His reviews seem to all be positive and he responded to a direct question I asked in only minutes. I wish I would've asked for quicker shipping though.
