I got a call twice today, I only saw a number without a name so I didn't answer. I never do. (Just send a text or an email?) After getting two calls I get a text. It's about my scheduled appointment, says that a doctor will call me at x time.
Why. On Earth. Did you not send that text before the two calls? Call me a wimp but I'm not answering phone calls if I don't know who it is.
