Basically, you're a winner. Bank account, your business, your style, your fitness, your access (network), your looks, your personal style, ect. - building up all these things that where you walk into a place people are like that's a cool person. I want to get to know them and people know that you're a winner.
Confidence is key.

But you must temper this with humility. Being a dick is the opposite of being charming.
If you have no value, but you'e humble then you're a doormat. if you're high-value, but an asshole, then you're a dick.

Speak from a place of sincerity.

Make sure you ask people questions about themselves because people love to talk about themselves. But just make sure you know their boundaries obviously.
And find topics that people are interested in and let them talk about that.

No, i don't think so. Since i personally don't see any charm in me, i hope others don't either.

I don't think I'm charming at all so I can't say much on how to become that way. I'm sure it varies from person to person though.
