• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I just came tithe realization that I've been a pretty shallow person my whole life and I have treated everyone around me like garbage. I don't know if I can stop being shallow but maybe I can still at least be a decent person. Do you think it's possible?

I don't see any reason why not. I don't know what you mean when you say you're shallow, but what I understand by it isn't a pathology or a sin; it can help people fit in, and shouldn't stop you from treating people better than you have.

I'm pretty shallow and am a shitty person, but I don't think those two things go hand in hand.

I still haven't worked out which qualities constitute a decent person, if any.

I think my parents are shallow, but they're not bad people. There's just no depth to any of our conversations. All of our conversations are just a running tally of everything we did during the week without any substance. It's horribly depressing.
