Do you still care about how you dress?

People usually asked me why dont I try to wear nicer clothes to have a better look. I cant tell others that I cant be bothered with it anymore. I am just tired of being alive. Most people just wont understand.

I do care if the clothes I wear look nice or not, but I don't care at all about sleeping in them, nor do I care about not wearing them for 10 days before finally getting changed.

I'm honestly pondering taking the Steve Jobs route - buy 20 black t-shirts, 7 jeans and 3/4 hoodies, all the same color. Getting dressed is a pain in the ass

If I go under people I try to look nice and handsome to keep up appearances, but if I'm alone, I don't care much. Often there is not a big difference between sleeping and living (vegetating around) so why should I change clothes?

When I'll be seeing people, I do pay a bit of attention to what I'm wearing since my face is so fucking ugly, at least I can make my clothes look half decent right?

I've lost relatively much weight recently (breakup, depression?) that I've been forced to get new clothes as I look like a walking tent with my previous ones. Luckily there's online shopping and free returns but it's still frustrating. It's a part of my insecurity also I guess.

If I'm by myself, I don't really care. But if I'm seeing anyone, I try to at least look normal. It's especially annoying during summer since I need to cover up my arm with long sleeves.

When I'm out in public I only wear jeans & a t shirt. I don't like anything else. I would not go out in sweatpants … even if it's just to Walmart.
Around the apartment it doesn't matter. Just something comfortable.

Hell no. I used to be a clothes horse and extremely concerned about dress. My dry cleaning bills were astronomical
Now? I rotate between two or three plain Jane yoga type dresses. Used to be a size 0 but have gained about 20lbs from sitting and drinking all day. Not a pretty scene here at all.

I agree getting dressed is a pain in the ass. I dress like Steve Jobs but without the money. I do have different colored t shirts though.
I wish I was in a coffin like Steve Jobs is now.

On and off, have an body issues and compulsive need to exercise so it all effects each other. Some days what's the point of dressing a pig / going to get gross sweat hair anyways. Some days worried my teeth will rot out and I'll get fired for being unkempt and have a sudden burst of energy to get things looking in order. Ah my first world sisiphean task haha...

I haven't cared how I dress in many years. I own one black dress for weddings and funerals. I have to borrow shoes from my mother. All my clothes have been acquired. I even wear the trousers left behind when my grandmother died. Clothes are not important enough to me to pay for.
I wear no make-up or perfume. Not even deodorant. I wash if I think I smell.
Absolutely nobody cares what I look like and that's the truth.

Jeans/tshirt/hoodie when outside. Comfortable stuff inside. And i have seperate clothes for my job with the buisiness name on it etc and all same color.
I like to dress somewhat normal/clean when outdoors.

Wow I can relate. Used to make sure I looked pretty sharp in a mountain town kinda way. Now none of my clothes fit cuz I gained like 35 pounds and just wear my dads random shit and my hairs all fucked up.

I care a bit, but I like comfiness/functionality over anything else. nothing overly complicated and uncomfortable for the sake of looks, not worth it
I pretty much always wear the same thing, which can only be described as "Jessica Jones"
otherwise I just wear jeans and some band tshirt, with my thumb-hole long sleeved shirt underneath. I need the thumby holes, it's like a security blanket. My other security blanket is my signature NEAT DUDE hat
I didn't care at all up until a year ago, only showered once or twice a week and always looked like a bum. I'm still a bum, just a more clean and polished bum.

I am trying to master the art of looking as fly as possible while being as bummy as I can. So I'll wear a good pair of jeans with my trusty dark Adidas casual shoes, then a nice hoodie or fleece from Columbia/North Face whatever.

Only when I'm at work, but even then I'm not really super strict on my appearance. Other places, just meh, whatever. I'm too numb to give a shit about doing good or doing the best. I'm just doing enough to get by.

I care to a certain extent. I like the colours to be earth-tone, and I like dark clothing which isn't too tight. I prefer clothes that don't have labels or branding, but as long as it's comfortable I'm willing to waive that concern. I'm also self-conscious about wearing clothes that are stained or dirty, because I worry what other people might think. I've been under the misguided belief since I was 12 that the entire world is watching me, so things like bathing and clean clothes are a concern of mine.
