Method Do I need meto for SN if I'm on Rispersone?

So the thread isn't that clear, but apparently if your on some antipsychotics you don't need meto?
It mentions Rispersone, that I'm on which can apparently be used as an antiemetic.
Am I reading this right?
I can't get meto anyway.
