DMC Sign-In Link for Order Track not working?

Ordered from DMC and wanted to track my order. Whenever I'd enter my email to get a sign-in link, I'd never get an email? Has anyone else had the same problem?

Are you talking about the tracking page on the DMC website? I don't know if that actually works.

I'm able to access my tracking info through both the order confirmation email and shipping email. Do you have those emails? They will lead you to your order info on the site, and then you can click through to the tracking.

Yes, was referring to the tracking page on the site since even when I would click the link in the order confirmation email, it would ask me to sign in with email on the site.

But I did finally get the shipping email with the order with the tracking number! And the sign-in link emails came through eventually, so I'm finally able to track my order now :)
