I live in an apartment, so maybe that's why I didn't receive it?

I live in a house yes. I have heard that living in a residence is easier for receiving their SN from others. I also live in NY so not sure if that makes it easier as I have seen others from the east coast get their packages quickly

I won't provide website address cause it is not allowed here but here in Poland we have chemistry store when you can purchase it, but you need to have Polish address cause idk if they ship to US.
