I downloaded the audio book torrent of Jonatahan Rottenberg's book " The Depths " , after looking to find something else.

I was / am sceptical ... but as a Depression lifer , sometimes I can summon the strength to expose
myself to another 'all knowing one ' and see what they have to offer .
This guy seems legit as a previous sufferer himself.
I'm no zealot , I'm just passing on a new find if any one else is interested .
As I say - it was random for me .
The depression army sounds kooky and kitsch ...
Some of you might get something out of it .
