"Shiraishi used Twitter to lure suicidal women to his home, saying he could help them die and, in some cases, claimed he would kill himself alongside them."

That's horrible, those women deserved a peaceful death if that's what they wanted, not to be strangled and dismembered. It's frightening that these kind of murderous people exist. How does a person come to be like that? We desperately need to understand it so we can prevent it. It may be rare, but that doesn't matter much because the amount of suffering it causes is still huge.

I've looked up a few people that have done this. They seem to be around. Most are not giving peaceful exits.

Another reason to say no to partners. I've never thought of it but having a partner might make it easier.. don't think I could risk it

I agree with finding a partner of that's what they want. I'm in Uk and I would consider it
But not the one described that's awful !
