We talked today. as we normally do

Today, I told you I am stressed

Confused, you asked me "why"

I said "I feel I've had to parent my brother"

Initially you dismissed it and said that we all have to work together as a "family"

But you also said "I'm the parent, I need to do more. Leave your brother to me. I don't want to stress you"

It felt weird. I am not sure how to look at this
