it will be much easier to ctb after my birthday, so sometime near end March early April this year, because I have people who care about me that will likely express their care for me around that time, and I'm already sick and disgusted at myself. it's going to hurt my family and my close friends but ultimately I can't see myself getting better which means this will save them and myself a lot of future pain down the road.
