Method CTB method without using rope and shallow water?

What I meant by shallow water is how to incorporate it into this CTB method.

I don't know if you mean the shallow water blackout method which has been discussed on here, I saw a detailed thread about it and once you have a few more replies in threads you will be able to access the search function to do research.
