Amitriptyline is one of the few meds it's possible to OD on reliably through cardiac switch. I can't seem to find the LD50 (dose deadly for half the population) in humans, but in the DDAMP cocktail mentioned in the PePH, Nitschke says you need 8g of amitriptyline along with other meds. If the OD is done on amitriptyline alone, I'd increase the dosage a bit, although you're remarkably thin and Nitschke, I don't know why, does not take one's weight into account when calculating the fatal dose. 10g should be more than enough.

Sertraline would be completely useless. Its LD50 is over 2000mg/kg, meaning you would need over 1720 50mg pills to have 50% of chances to die from an OD. That's a ridiculous amount and you could not swallow so much pills without throwing up.

It's not nearly enough. You'd need 10 to 15x times more amitriptyline. As for zopiclone, you'd need approximately 8500 7,5mg pills to have 50% chances to make a fatal OD; and around 300 50mg Tramadol pills. That's a ridiculous amount of pills and even if you were to have enough, you would throw it all up.
