Does anyone know if I can use a pair of leggings for partial suspension? Or would they be too stretchy? I was originally wanting to use a belt but I'm scared of it being more painful or leaving marks on my neck if I fail. I don't have any access to rope so it's gonna have to be another household item. I could use a scarf as well. Or should I just go for the belt and pad it with something? Help me out here please.

Using a very stretchy ligature isn't good, you will suffer a lot. You could use a scarf or a belt. You can wear a scarf around your neck and then use the belt.
