It should. I did an attempt just with hoodie string. It was going smoothly until my SI kicked in. I felt almost no pain when I was chocking but buzzing sounds and tunnel vision. I felt some pain after removing the rope though.

Thanks. I did a trial with shoelaces years ago and it wasn't consistent but managed to get dizzy a few times. A jump rope would definitely be more effective. Just gotta test how much it can hold.
My life is going ok right now but I will ctb it at some point.

How thick is your rope? I'm also planning to use a jumping rope (partial), but I'm deeply terrified it'll rip.Similar threads
