CO method question

I know that today's vehicles don't give off enough emissions for CO poisoning. But I had a realization today. My significant other has a 1000cc motorcycle for which the catalytic converter has been removed. It is also tuned for racing. I did a little research and it seems with the unfiltered exhaust/tune it can quickly become lethal in an enclosed space.
I've been lurking the site for months before joining and unable to determine an accessible method so far. But I'm curious to this one. We have a garage if it would in fact work. I'd have to do more research on levels. The problem is the garage is attached. So I don't want to risk exposing anyone coming home in the house. Can sealing off the interior door keep the house safe? Or not so much?

I'm just grasping at straws here for a method. I feel desperate, like most do. I've been researching hanging but don't feel confident with partial. I started studying full suspension then realized when searching I don't have a hanging point.

No exposed rafters in the garage?

If doing CO then tape a note warning others of the CO on the doors leading into the garage. I'd tape around the doors to keep the CO from escaping. I'd run the bike for a while before I go into the garage so I won't have to wait as long.

No, it's drywalled unfortunately.

Good thinking on letting it run first. I definitely thought to put notes. I'm just scared of someone else being harmed regardless. I doubt I can go through with this method. Between being scared of exposing others and the uncertainty of it. Gas is cleaner nowadays. It's also a townhome so the neighbors would hear the bike running and may realize the garage door is closed and raise suspicions.

Being a townhouse you are correct in finding another option, there could be a chance of collateral damage.

I agree with you - if it's a townhouse, and someone hears the motor running with the garage door closed, you are most likely going to get saved.

It's better you take some time and plan things out properly, otherwise you are just risking being saved and compounding your problems with internal organ or brain damage.

I agree. Just feeling desperate and got prematurely excited about a possibility without thinking things completely through. Back to the drawing board.

Hire a large van, throw the bike in the back, find a secluded spot, and you're all set to go.

If only. I'd have to figure getting the van, paying for it discreetly, loading the bike (never ridden and it's big and really heavy even to push) securing the bike in the van, and there's cameras. Just too many nuisances.

Shame, that just leaves the charcoal and tent method if you still want to go down the CO route. Good luck.
