ever since reading about the sn method it has been my choice to do it and since there's a below 100kg and over 100kg instruction, and since I'm ~100kg atm, I've now been motivated to workout more and eat less so that when I do ctb it actually works which is quite a great outcome from this tbh

ah, but you don't have an eating disorder like anorexia? i.e. the weight you mention seems fine. you just want to take care of your body.
