I sharing my experience of pressing cartoid arteries, I tried many times to press my arteries but felt suffocating, but when I was standing on field I tried doing it in a standing position, and it worked I immediately felt on ground on my knees , lost control of my body , couldn't stand for about 2 minutes and now I am wondering why this method works only when I am standing, plus doing it with rope is uncomfortable ,can anyone with more insight guide me how to finally put end to my miseries by this method.

bc mass of the neck tissues preventing obstruction of carotid arteries, in standing posisition carotid arteries are most vulnerable towards pressure as there's the lesser amount of mass between them and pressure source. i noticed it too and get convinced in it when compared tests of partial hanging w/ neck in different positions and levels when pressure applied when chin faced towards floor it's impossible to loss consciencess and when i tried w/ upright neck i blackened out
