Been struggling to settle and get to sleep recently.
Had to get up and make myself a hot drink and distract myself from not being able to sleep. Counter productive, probably.

Any advice regarding sleep?

Lift weights, run, cold showers. Avoid hot showers, that usually gets you active/awake. If none work, I'll have a glass of wine and piece of chocolate.

Interesting. I'm the opposite: hot showers relax me whereas cold showers wake me up.
