Try remeron. Just got out of a hospital and they had everyone on it.

Been sleeping 1.5 hours a night for 8 months, I get 11 hours now

I was prescribed pregabalin which really helped. Just make sure you see a psychiatrist with your symptoms and they'll help find you the medication that's right for you.

I'm sorry youre going through this, I know full well how debilitating extreme anxiety can be. In the meantime time, just get the best sleep you can. It won't be ideal but your mind and body should just about give you enough sleep to get by and function at a basic level.

Get help from a psychiatrist, in short, and good luck I hope you get this sorted ASAP

Don't want to take pills. Was on seraquel and it gave me diabetes. Ambien made me sleep walk. Thanks for the suggestions though!

I'm really sorry that those bad things happened to you from medicines, and that you struggle with being unable to sleep too~ :( Sleep is a refreshing break from the terrors of consciousness (like panic attacks) after all~ >_< I know that benadryl can be taken in liquid form (that's what I do at least)~
Regardless, I've heard that drinking warm milk before bed can help~ additionally, being off all electronics for the hour before bed can help too~ You should always aim to go to sleep at the same time every day (even if you're unable to [altho, you may adjust this time to make it more possible]) and wake up at the same time every day~ That way your body gets into a sort of schedule~ :)
