Help Can't order/buy anything, what should i do?

Tried CTB by partial hanging hundreds of time, but i never managed to feel anything but pain in my neck, tried many positions of it and nothing really happens. (Before you send me a partial hanging help-post, i would like to let you know that i probably already saw it, and informations are too confusing and never get me to a point). Pls help me
