Venting Cant find the courage to do it.

I found a good bridge to jump off of and all i had to do was climb over a 1,5 meter railing. But for some reason i couldnt do it. I wanted it, but i just wasnt able to. Im just looking for ways to numb or ignore that instinct. Open to any suggestions (including any psychoactive drugs.)

Benzos. Alcohol (maybe not if you have to climb first). Anti anxiety meds may help as well but less likely.
