I'm looking to either use partial suspension, tourniquet, shallow water drowning, or a combo of these. I don't want to do it in my home because I don't want any of my little sisters to find my body and be traumatized. If I take my phone with me to listen to music as I go, will it be able to be traced in airplane mode? It's an iPhone 6s and I just don't want to be found and stopped before its too late and left as a vegetable. Parents found my pills and note that I had stashed when they went through my stuff while I was at school, so as soon as they realize I'm missing they're going to pull the alarm.

Yes it can and will be. You can try taking the sim out and turning it on to play music but that might not work. If I do that and turn on the phone it says 'insert sim' and I can't do anything furthur.
So try it on yours.
If it doesn't work for music simless then don't take it with you. If you've accessed suicide sites on the phone then the best place for it before death is in the sea or deep river.
