Method can i strangle myself to death with a leather belt that has belt holes all the way untill the buckle.

no? most belts don't have holes that go that deep, they're made for waists not necks lol. you can use it for partial hanging as that doesn't require it to be locked into place but i don't think you can just lock it in place tight enough

I don't think you could apply enough force to it simply by pulling it. Not knowing how wide the belt is, the pressure applied to your neck will be distributed across the belt width, effectively reducing the pressure against your neck. Hanging, using your body weight to create the force with it could work, but you'd still have same issues to some degree. A rope is better.
