It's pretty much just a matter of dosage. You'll be dissolving it in water if it's in powder form. I think you might need to take an antiemetic to deal with the bitter taste. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong though!of course it's possible it's recommended to use some metos one hour before talking it to not ley your body vomit it
