How can you have self agency when your brain is so easily hacked and manipulated by people with bad intention? By brain hacking I mean subtle emotional manipulation/ gaslighting/ misdirection, etc. How many of your actions or thoughts in your head are really your own? Maybe someone(s) has pushed your buttons to the point of suicide.
