Does anyone know the best position for taking N that might have a limiting effect on the chance of vomiting. ie sitting, lying etc

If vomiting is a concern then I would stay up at least a little. You don't have to be fully erect, but.

I would lie down on my back, in that case if I puke I choke on it. Win - win

Seems like both lying down and sitting upright are valid options from what I've seen.
Personally I would lie down. Maybe with my head to the side so I won't choke on my own puke if the method fails.Similar threads
