Help Best OTC drug to get rid of SI?

I was going to hang myself today, but SI is an asshole, so I keep procrastinating. The only prescription drug I have is Dextroamphetamine, and that shit couldn't get me high with the current amount I have. So, any suggestions for OTC drugs that could get me high enough where SI goes away?

I'm 19 and live in the US, so I don't have access to alcohol. Any other options?

Hanging is an AWFUL way to go. No amount of alcohol will prevent it being so bad you wet yourself. All alcohol will do is stop you remembering how bad it was. I absolutely do not recommend this method

I don't have many options. I'm broke so I can't really buy many things.

Night-Night: Don't own a ratchet strap or gorilla tape
Tourniquet: Don't own a tourniquet
OD: Strongest shit I have is Benadryl, and I'd rather not spend my final moments having a seizure on my bathroom floor, foaming at the mouth and hallucinating
SN: Don't have any
The list goes on and on.

So hanging's pretty much my only option.

You'll be wishing you'd ODd on Benadryl! The truth is all available options are awful. But personally I'd take the very slim chance of ODing on Benadryl than hanging. At least while frothing at the mouth you won't know you're doing it. Now, having a seizure and surviving has very real repercussions which you might not be aware of but my experience with hanging tells me 99.99% of people who try it find themselves unprepared for the terror and panic and scrabbling desperately to get free, regretting the choice to the point where they'd rather just keep living

Eh, if done right with the proper technique it's max 5-15 seconds of pain. Not saying it's amazing but it's quick, cheap, and hard to mess up if you have done your research. You can get yourself pretty close to unconscious even before you drop as well.

It's my fallback option if my current protocol doesn't work.

Awful is a bit much. Sounds like you had a bad experience, but there's plenty of people who've had success and passed out very quickly.

Don't believe everything you read. Once you get past a certain point the body fights back and THAT is the point at which it becomes genuinely awful. It happens *after* the initial blackout stage which I think is why there's so much misinformation floating around

I mean yeah suspending yourself by your neck with a rope is not going to be pleasant at all. It's not a painless method. But as a cheap accessible option it's quick and gets the job done. Believe me I have other options before going full suspension.

Don't think there's any misinformation that it's unpleasant. But it's not "hang for minutes in agonizing pain until you die" if you do it right.

There's no way to get rid of SI for a method that requires you to be conscious, especially with OTC drugs. Benzos and propranolol are the only things that will help here, but they won't get rid of it.
