I'm in the same position right now. I've spent all day on youtube and watching anime for years and i'm kind of bored of it. Don't really have the energy to play games anymore either. When i was 14 I could watch youtube 9+ hours a day but now I struggle to find content that interests me and i've watched most of the anime that I want to watch.

Sleeping is the best way to pass the time in my opinion, it can be like a break from this life and it makes time go quicker. If only it was easier to make myself sleep forever. I do not really enjoy anything and I struggle to concentrate. I do not really do much, I spend a lot of time just overthinking everything and wishing that I was not here.
