Woke up today and seems like the compulsions just came back on a whim. I hadn't dealt with extreme pocd thoughts for a while and it just sucks how much it can come back full force for absolutely no reason. I hate that I don't even feel comfortable looking at my sister, it kinda scares me that I don't feel the same intense anxiety that I used to, but probably because I've had these recurrent episodes for a while and I'm just so used to it now. Looking for reassurance is like feeding the rabid dog but it's all I have
