Occasionally, I like to flop onto my bed (as if I've been shot) then lie as still as possible. It comforts me.

I understand! When I feel suicidal I lie on my bathroom floor with the door shut and wait for it to pass. I hadn't thought of pretending I was a dog though - maybe I'll give it a go next time

Ngl that's a mood lol sometimes I wake up in the morning, think "why do I have to wake up again," and lie with my limbs sprawled apart and limp like a dead body for half an hour before getting up haha
