Anyone else has a asshole boss?

Anyone of you has an asshole boss who makes your life miserable? How do you deal with it?

My boss is an oppressive and auritarian asshole who likes to play power games and politics. A frequent lair and a racist. He gets away with his nasty behaviors because he is very good at sucking up to the higher ups.

That sounds irritating to put up with. In my case I don't though it's a company where they're just making things more and more difficult every week it seems.
