I had agoraphobia but managed to beat it. It was so hard.... So unimaginably hard! I don't think anyone who hasn't experienced it first hand could ever understand.
My god :-( I would not wish it upon anyone. If I'm not careful I feel it coming back immediately, so I push myself to go out every day.
