Does anyone have a musician they connect with? Someone they listen to on the edge of despair? Mine is Amy Winehouse; she's got me through terrible times. She didn't like her body--suffered from an eating disorder, had bipolar disorder, and struggled with substance abuse. That's me in a way. Even in her music, you could tell she was unhappy. I even saw a couple times in concert, and she had a crooked smile.

Twenty One Pilots. Their song Car Radio made me cry the first time I heard it because of the lyric "quiet is violent" I have schizoaffective so while many think my brain as is is dangerous, it'd be a million times worse if the voices went away. Pretty much all of Vessel just resonates with me.

For me it's RAF Camora. His songs always cheer me up and motivate me and because I listen to them when I'm alone and feel terrible I'm at a point where I actually see this musician as a big brother/friend because he's there for me through his music when I'm down.
One time I even dreamed thatI wanted to ctb but he and another favourite musician of mine tried to stop me. In another dream it was just him trying to stop me.
