I'm kinda embarrassed admit that I have a bad pornography addiction that has gotten out of hand. The longest I can seem to go without it is a week. Any advice?

What's the problem? It's not harming anyone really is it. Everyone has an outlet for getting their rocks off, especially when single. As long as what you're watching ain't morally disgusting and you don't get a blinkered view on what sex is really like then don't worry too much.
A good woman/man would cure the addiction pretty damn quick, but if that's not available then you shouldn't feel too bad.
