Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

So SN is definitely pushing its way to the front of the list for me. But I'm worried about the anti-emetics. I'm worried about going into the dr with my bs story and saying I want this specific drug and him saying "oh we'll try you on this one it's better" then me pushing for the Reglan and him getting suspicious...how weird that's it's harder to get that than this. Are anti-emetics ABSOLUTELY essential do you think? Also I'm planning on drinking a lot of alcohol on my day - that's non negotiable.
