Hi all, quick question about using specific Dopamine Antagonist drugs instead of Meto with N.

I can't get a prescription for Meto, however I do have both Chlorpromazine and Promethazine as I have been prescribed them in the past. They are described as Dopamine antagonists, which seems to be a requirement for anti-emetics when used with SN/N.

I know people have taken N with no anti-emetics successfully, I also know I can palate a lot of horrible things without retching. But, since I actually have these to hand, will they be as effective as Meto?

Cheers,
~U
