knowing that my ex is doing very well after destroying what was left of the ruins of my life. there is nothing that doesn't make me stressed

I'm angry, too, but only toward myself. And it's a lot of anger and hatred. Resentment but aimed towards the inside, not outside. The world is better than me. I can't even treat my inner child well. I want to murder my inner child and tell her to fuck off and die already.
