Help Anchors and rope for hanging

For full suspension hanging, what are some good anchors that will support your weight (I'm under 200 lbs.)? And then ideal rope for this? I don't really wanna do it in the home because I don't want my dad to have to find me.

I can't get suicide out of my head lately. The thoughts are so strong that I can't imagine still living life. My mind is set.

Hi, I would suggest a tree branch in a forest in an isolated area or some place where you will be alone. Look out for steel beams or rafters. I'm sorry you're feeling this way.
