Trust me when I say this: I have 1 to 1 the exact same thoughts about myself all the damn time. Especially the part about saying sorry being all you can do - exactly. I feel you, and I also know that we're our own worst critic and that most other people will try to prove us otherwise. Also the concept of usefulness is in most cases used for manipulation and control of the population, capitalism, all that (I think it was @webb&flow that talked about it in chat the other day? I may be misremembering).

Anhe, you're awesome. You've helped me a lot, and just know that if for anything - for that you were "useful", though I personally don't like the term at all. Helpful, and you truly were and are (not in exploitative way helpful, but genuine friend helpful)
