Hi i can't go outside since whenever i go out i get nausea and dizzines and some other symptoms.I think its tied to my fear of vommiting.I tried going out to buy bread but halfway my headache and nausea was so bad i ran back.And this was after taking xanax...I also have severe ocd.I tried calling a therapist and the scumfuck says i have to go to them to get help.

You could get an online pharmacist to help you get antidepressants. They never require face to face shit and basically just give you whatever you want.
So if you need it thats an option. I was able to get other online prescription in like 15 minutes.
