currently, i dont have any access to methods other than drowning, stabbing myself, or overdosing on paracetamol. i know ODs are unreliable but it's honestly my best option out of those, problem is someone will probably notice something and call an ambulance.
my apartment is on the sixth floor so i thought about jumping but I'll probably just end up paralysed. thoughts?

Welcome c4di, I think the sixth floor is not enough and you probably just will be paralysed after. People fell from higher places and did survive, I would not consider it as safe method. OD on prescribed meds is not easy as pharmacy makes them safer.

I understand, all I wish for is an accessible method so finally I can be free from this torturous, futile existence, I hope you find peace.

6 floors isn't enough. The recommended minimum amount is around 10-15 floors (150 feet)
