Ich danke euch allen, ich werde heute Nacht mich selbst erlösen.

3x 30 gr. SN + 3x 60 ml. Wasser 3 Gläser

Antiemetikum ist schon eingenommen.

ich faste schon seit 24h

Mein Bus nehme ich in der Natur, heute Nacht.

ich spüre weder Aufregung noch Angst, bin total entspannt, das erste Mal seit Jahren.
