The person was not a regular on the forum, just a stranger who I saw every day on the street on my way to work. Well... what can I say about him? He was a young man of twenty. Reality is too hard to deal with, and he would rather run away from it than have to endure it for even one more day. Did he make the right decision? There seems to have been a public and family commotion over him.

Whatever he wanted was the right choice for him. There's nothing wrong with him wanting to escape life as we were forced here.

He has made his choice it's now the norm for the people who never walked a mile in his shoe to pointlessly judge. Rip.

They've made their choice, whether or not it's the right one I'll respect their decision. That being said, wish I had their courage

It cannot be determined if he made the right decision. We do not know what his life was like, what his circumstances were, or even if it was impulsive. The notion that every suicide is the right choice, without even knowing them or anything about their context does not make sense to me. This seems more like projection.

For me it's not so much an issue of courage but rather the pain of living becoming entirely unbearable. Like excruciating to the point death looks inviting. I'm closing in on that point. It's like I'm on autopilot.

It is not my place to judge him. No one knows the life he lived, the issues he struggled with, the pain that was his to carry in this life. May his next adventure be happy and carefree -- whatever that means to him. ❤️❤️❤️

Your comment was exemplary. There are types of suicide and they cannot be reduced to just one thing.
