Can i hire a lawyer to monitor the implementation of MAID agreement under certain circumstances in Canada,Switzerland,Netherlands?
Similar practice exists in inheritance law when a lawyer monitor the implementation of dead person wishes.
Circumstances : I get brain damage because of Electroconvulsive therapy or due failed suicide attempt and i won't be able to kill myself anymore.
I want to receive a peaceful death after brain damage.
