How is that accepting? All you're doing is agreeing. That's not accepting and as far as the first part of the first section is concerned, it's also just taking away your opinion which still isn't accepting. What point are they trying to make lol. This example is just weird. It's all the "happy" people who complain about rain imo, so they would be on the left. A depressed person wouldn't care all that much about the wheather of all things, and would be the one on the right. Or am I misunderstanding something here?

I think it's not about non-acceptance vs acceptance, which sets off cognitive dissonance and fighting against the meme or the one who posts it or agrees with it.
