Venting A cigarette a day keeps the pain way

pretty much the title atleast for some time i dont really have much to say anymore if you have read my past vents thats pretty much it the same situation nothings unchanged nothing to update just still living while suffering maybe smoking a cig or two and putting them out with my hands to get burns which feel amazing , if you havent read my past vents but wanna feel more depressed than you already are go ahead read my past vents its funny how i used to hold my breath around people who smoked when i was a child , but now i am one of them i understand their pain , why they smoke i adore them for smoking even if its unhealthy atleast smoking relaxes you

I choose to delusionally believe that smoking is healthy and I used to enjoy "earnestly" talking about all the health benefits I made up (cognitive alertness, killing germs, getting your lungs used to stress therefore making them stronger and healthier, supporting local agriculture, promoting healthy digestion, making you immune to smoke inhalation in the case of fire) to piss the anti-smokers off.

Indeed. Smoking is healthy. Much of those taxes support medical programs. Lol

I don't smoke often, but its very nice. Only bad part about it is that it makes your teeth yellow if you smoke a lot

When the pain is too much maybe a few more anyway i dont have the time to smoke and have to do it secretly
